I am an experienced and qualified psychotherapist and counsellor and run my own private practice in Tunbridge Wells. 

I have clinical experience working for a GP's surgery in East Sussex, Cruse, West Kent MIND and for a perinatal mental health service in a hospital within the NHS in East Sussex.

Training and qualifications

 

I am qualified to practice Transactional Analysis, a theory of personality for personal growth and change. It offers a framework for resolving everyday problems, life crises and psychological disorders. It offers both depth and ease of accessibility, making it ideal for both short-term counselling and long-term therapy.

I am a Certified Transactional Analyst and a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist.

​I also have a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling.
